Follow the Restoration
Nonsuch is still a work in progress and we would like people to be part of the journey. Over the coming months and years, we will share the restoration of the buildings, the creation of the gardens and landscape, the development of Nonsuch Farm and, eventually, the opening of the estate to guests. We also want to show the reality of restoring Nonsuch.
Not simply the finished rooms, but the damaged buildings, the repairs, the craftspeople, the decisions and the gradual process of bringing an important historic estate back into use.

The Work So Far
Over the past few years, the priority has been preservation. Windows have been repaired, floors reinstated and extensive structural works undertaken to secure the buildings across the estate.
